The university campus is just steps away, and within about a 15-minute walk you'll find the Santa Chiara and San Camillo hospitals, and even closer, the Villa Bianca hospital. Our B&B is surrounded by parking lots and bus stops.

 you can reach us in 10 minutes from both the Trento Sud and Trento Nord motorway exits. You can easily walk right up to the entrance to unload your luggage and then park nearby.
Near the B&B, you'll find plenty of white parking spots with a parking disc or blue parking spots with an hourly rate. Parking is free at night from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM and on weekends from 7:30 PM on Saturday to 8:00 AM on Monday, and is also free on public holidays.
Alternatively, a 15-minute walk away is the large Monte Baldo parking lot, which is very affordable and convenient for longer stays.

You can reach us on foot in about 10 minutes.
- Follow Lungadige Monte Grappa, keeping the river on your right.
- You'll find a large parking lot on the left, and there turn onto Via Giuseppe Verdi.
- At the top of the street, at the intersection with Via Antonio Rosmini, turn right and then
before the gas station on the left, take Via dei Travai.
- At the second street on the right, take Via 24 Maggio. Shortly after, at the first intersection, you'll see Via Madruzzo on your left, and immediately after that you'll arrive at... VICOLO Cristoforo Madruzzo no. 6.

Just steps from the B&B, right next to the ancient walls of Piazza Fiera, is our splendid Patelli Restaurant, located on Via Dietro le Mura A1/5. Born from a family tradition that began in the 1940s with Grandma Rosa's inn and Grandpa Giuseppe's bakery, the restaurant opened in Trento in 1990, following the opening of a fresh pasta shop in the 1950s. Located in the historic center, behind the Vanghiane walls, Patelli Restaurant offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with a summer terrace and air-conditioned dining room.
